My interest in real estate and experience first led to learn about the rapid success of Elevate. I have 7 years of experience as a small business owner in the QSR franchise business along with working for a franchisor on the operations and quality assurance side. In addition, I have worked for a rapidly growing tech startup in the operations side of repairs and maintenance, for commercial retail properties.

Having been in small business means I’m used to wearing many different hats. I also gained a very solid understanding of the various trades and sold my business after increasing revenue and profitability each year. I am confident in my ability to communicate and build relationships with clients, tenants and vendors as well as coordinating complicated and difficult work orders and tenant issues.

Property management was a natural transition for me because it combined my interest in real estate with my career experience. As a property manager, I understand the ins and outs of what it takes to manage a successful investment property in Toronto, from leasing and tenant selection to repairs, maintenance and resolving issues.

I love watching sports, hiking, skiing and spending time with my family. Considered a jack of all sports by my friends, I love playing various racquet sports and try to join team oriented leagues in the summer. Always easily intrigued by new interests and hobbies, my curiosity has led me to be well informed in various topics like politics, sports, non fiction. Listening to a variety of podcasts and audiobooks while driving and multitasking is a good way to keep informed, while still salvaging precious time.

I enjoy the property management process and look forward to improving both the client and tenant experience, growing within the industry, and become a successful investor myself!
