Sheryl Song is a licensed Realtor with Elevate Realty Inc., Brokerage in Toronto, specializing in multifamily and mixed-use investment properties. She brings a unique perspective to real estate, having previously founded and scaled Ryna, an AI-driven housing rental platform focused on creating a personalized, attainable, and flexible renting experience for the next generation of renters. Ryna was featured in the Globe and Mail, BNN Bloomberg, and appeared on CBC’s Dragons’ Den.
Before launching Ryna, Sheryl built her career in executive search, talent strategy, and board services within the Commercial Real Estate sector across North America and Asia. Her entrepreneurial and leadership accomplishments have been recognized with the W. Galen Weston Top Entrepreneur Award, the EY Women in Tech Award by NEXT Canada, and being named one of The Peak’s 2022 Emerging Leaders for Startups and Tech.
From 2019 to 2025, Sheryl served as Chair of the Board of Street Haven, a Toronto-based non-profit supporting women experiencing homelessness, and now continues her involvement as Past Chair.
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, Sheryl holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of British Columbia.
