I love growing teams. Building relationships, coaching people, and bringing method to madness are the pillars I have focused my craft on throughout my 20+ year career. I am a problem solver by nature and nurture. With a background in engineering and management consulting, I have led large transformation initiatives for Fortune 500 companies and helped dynamic tech scale-ups grow exponentially. By combining pragmatic strategy and deep operational discipline with a heavy dose of trust and authenticity, my ultimate goal is to bring people together to jointly create new possibilities.
My approach in life is to build and foster deep relationships. This relationship-first philosophy naturally brought me to Elevate. Simon and I have known each other for over 20 years and my journey at Elevate began not as a team member, but as a client when I purchased my first income property in 2013.
Having been on the other side of the table as an investor, I intimately understand the owner’s perspective. I know firsthand that while real estate is a powerful tool for building wealth, the operations behind it need to be seamless to make it truly rewarding. Now, as a Partner and Head of Operations at Elevate Group, my mission is to take our client service and operational discipline to the next level. Whether it’s removing the friction from leasing, simplifying administrative processes, or expertly troubleshooting 24/7 property management issues, I focus on building the right processes and tools so our team can deliver exceptional outcomes for the clients we serve. I firmly believe that when it comes to supporting our investors, together is always better.
When I’m not working you can find me spending time with my wife, Selene, and our two energetic boys, Benjamin and Henry. I was born in Edmonton but raised in Toronto. While I should be an Oilers fan, I’m tragically a diehard Leafs fan and rarely miss watching a game. I love spending as much time outdoors as I can and enjoy the occasional game of pick-up hockey despite having zero skill!
