Eri’s background spans over a decade in project and program management, where she has honed her skills in organization, communication, and problem-solving. Her journey into real estate began when she purchased her first home — an experience that sparked her interest in helping others navigate the rental and homeownership process.
As a Toronto-based real estate investor, Eri has hands-on experience house hacking to enter the market and make homeownership more affordable. She understands the challenges of balancing investment goals with everyday life and draws on that insight to support local homeowners and tenants with leasing and property-related needs.
Real estate has become a meaningful side passion that complements her background in management and systems thinking. Outside of work, Eri enjoys travelling in her home country, Japan, and fostering rescue dogs until they find their forever homes.
