I’m an engineer turned entrepreneur with a background in optimization, investment banking, and marketing—a mix of analytical thinking and creative problem-solving that shapes how I approach real estate.
I started my career in supply chain management, using data and optimization strategies to improve efficiency for one of Canada’s largest retailers. From there, I moved into investment banking sales, specializing in foreign exchange and structured financial solutions. In 2010, I launched and grew a small business in Toronto, expanding to three locations before selling it in 2018. That journey gave me firsthand experience in business growth, risk management, and marketing—all skills that naturally aligned with real estate investing.
Real estate has been a constant throughout my career—not just as a business, but as an investor. Long-term success isn’t about luck; it’s about taking calculated risks, having a clear strategy, and building multiple income streams for financial stability. That’s why we focus on smart investing—maximizing returns through rental income, market appreciation, and value-add opportunities—rather than speculating on market prices. It all comes down to the numbers and making sustainable, strategic moves.
Now, as the Marketing & Sales Director at Elevate Realty, I lead and guide a small but mighty sales team. More than just helping clients find properties, we’re building a community of like-minded investors—sharing insights, bringing more value, and making smarter moves together. I focus on making real estate investing clearer and more accessible by breaking down complex ideas into simple, actionable strategies. My goal is to help investors navigate the Toronto market with confidence, think long-term, and build sustainable wealth.
Beyond work, I love art and outdoor adventures. I’m passionate about preserving Cantonese heritage and have created a series of children’s books and resources to help others learn the language. In my free time, I’m usually creating art, biking to the Beaches, or hitting the slopes with my husband and two kids.
