Sheryl Song is a licensed Realtor with Elevate Realty Inc., Brokerage in Toronto, specializing in multifamily, mixed-use, and value-add investment properties, while also advising clients on single-family and luxury residential acquisitions and dispositions.
Sheryl’s real estate journey began not as an agent, but as an investor. She first came to Elevate as a client over a decade ago, purchasing her own investment properties and navigating multiple market cycles firsthand. That experience continues to shape her investor-first approach today, grounded in cash flow, risk management, and long-term wealth creation.
Prior to becoming a Realtor, Sheryl founded and scaled an AI-driven housing rental web platform focused on creating a more personalized, attainable, and flexible renting experience for the next generation of renters. The platform was featured in The Globe and Mail, BNN Bloomberg, Breakfast Television, and appeared on CBC’s Dragons’ Den. Building and operating a rental platform gave Sheryl deep, practical insight into rental operations, tenant dynamics, asset management, and the realities behind the numbers.
Before entrepreneurship, Sheryl built her career in executive search, talent strategy, and board advisory services within the commercial real estate sector across North America and Asia. Her leadership and entrepreneurial accomplishments have been recognized with the W. Galen Weston Top Entrepreneur Award, the EY Women in Tech Award by NEXT Canada, and by being named one of The Peak’s 2022 Emerging Leaders in Startups and Tech.
From 2019 to 2025, Sheryl served as Chair of the Board of Street Haven, a Toronto-based non-profit supporting women experiencing homelessness, and continues her involvement as Past Chair.
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, Sheryl holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia. She brings a rare combination of investor mindset, operational experience, and strategic advisory background to every client relationship, helping investors and end users make confident, well-informed real estate decisions.
