I am the owner and founder at Elevate. In the last 10 years, I have brokered $200M+ in residential income properties, have successfully facilitated over 300 residential leases, and have launched a full-service end-to-end property management service currently managing over 135 residential units. Starting from the purchase of my own income properties after the recession in 2008, I have helped dozens of real estate investors establish, grow, and manage multi-million-dollar portfolios.
I learned the hard way that while investing in real estate could be lucrative, it comes with its own set of headaches. Having dealt with flooded basements, infestations, and nightmare tenants, I realize real estate investing needs to be easy for it to be worth it. This doesn’t just mean making property management easy for investors, it also means simplifying tax planning, mortgage approvals, and renovations.
I launched Elevate to make real estate investing easier. In doing so, I brought all the necessary professionals, knowledge, and information under one complete team so investors could make better investment decisions. I believe that with the combination of comprehensive information and a supportive network of real estate investment professionals, real estate investors can grow faster and achieve more.
I credit real estate investing to much of my personal and professional growth and am proud to share what I have learned to inspire others to leverage real estate investing as a means to grow.
When I am not working, I enjoy listening to audiobooks, sports, and spending quality time with my family and friends.
